Waterproof Deck Coating Applications
Here at MT Construction, we specialize in the application of waterproof deck coatings such as: PLI-DEK & CON-DEK. The PLI-DEK waterproof deck system for plywood substrates is a multi-layer system offering high durability with low maintenance. Florida Product Approved and Fire Rated - Class "A" & 1-Hour, the system is approximately 3/16" thick and weighs less than 4lbs per square foot. The hard coat finish has a variety of standard and custom finish options. The CON-DEK is a 1-hour, Class “A” Fire Rated waterproof deck coatings for concrete substrates that offers high durability and low maintenance for exterior use. The system is designed for high traffic pedestrian balconies, roof decks, walkways and stairs where waterproofing and durability is essential. The Con-Dek System consists of .75 oz fiberglass mat, elastomeric resin and a durable polymer cement finish coat.
